Practical location, the restaurant was nice and the service was exceptional. Exceptionally comfortable beds, efficient rooms, little balcony. While we were there absolutely excellent staff was always available. Loved the English breakfast, especially meats, cheese, slices of fresh bread, bakery and fresh fruit.

The venue was always immaculately clean, had great location and staff. The hotel was actually traditional and centrally located just off Sintra, tram and Rossio square.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Location and staff were fab, I loved that. They made my stay lovely. Quick check in and late check out. There was free wifi that worked quite well throughout the property. Found in the fairly quiet area. Plus, it had convenient access to chiado.

We loved the breakfast and rooms and reasonable prices. The nearby restaurant, cantinho do aziz, was as close as 300 metres from the hotel
